Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Administer and monitor servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Implement and manage security systems to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan, execute, and deliver ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and support end-users on IT systems and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networking protocols.
- Experience with server management and security systems.
- Familiarity with ELV projects and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
