Responsibility
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess network requirements for new installations and upgrades across Bali locations
- Design and propose network topologies and infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and cabling systems
- Provide on-site technical support for network-related issues and perform troubleshooting
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to procure necessary network equipment and software
- Document network configurations, topologies, and maintenance procedures
- Train end-users on basic network operations and troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network support or IT infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networking technologies
- Experience with network hardware from vendors like Cisco, MikroTik, or Ubiquiti
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali for site visits and support
