Responsibility
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Lead real-time incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution for network-related issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in network administration, infrastructure management, or IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid network environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and team leadership abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
