Responsibility
- Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute the companyâs IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and cloud services.
- Cybersecurity Oversight: Ensure robust security protocols, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor IT staff, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective IT solutions.
- Budget & Resource Planning: Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Establish and maintain backup, recovery, and contingency plans to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masterâs degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in IT management, with a proven track record in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and team leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in network administration, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), ERP/CRM systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or sports industry IT needs is advantageous.
