Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team to support business objectives and drive innovation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, cybersecurity enhancements, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize costs and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and best practices in IT governance.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading teams and projects.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with digital transformation, IT governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or AWS/Azure certifications are highly desirable.
