Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support business scalability and cost efficiency.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance with international standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Oversee managed IT services for local and global clients, ensuring SLA adherence and proactive issue resolution.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, including migration to cloud-based systems and automation of IT workflows.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, server health, and data integrity across on-premise and hybrid environments.
- Serve as the primary liaison for IT-related vendor negotiations, contract management, and budget oversight.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on emerging technologies, IT investments, and long-term roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masterâs degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing cloud and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and zero-trust architectures.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading large-scale IT deployments and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies to streamline service delivery and incident management.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
