Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all systems and networks.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company objectives and industry standards.
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure expansions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and business growth.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations, implementing robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Monitor IT budgets, optimize resource allocation, and provide regular reports to senior management on IT performance and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a strong background in system administration, network management, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing IT teams.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
