Responsibility
- Lead and manage the IT department, including staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Ensure the security of all IT systems, including data protection, cybersecurity measures, and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a strong background in infrastructure, security, and project management.
- Experience leading and mentoring IT teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or PMP are a plus.
