Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance information security and data protection.
- Manage and maintain network systems, servers, and software applications to support business operations.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure and manage IT resources.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Train and mentor IT staff and end-users on best practices for technology use and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a strong background in network administration and information security.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems.
