Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Support SAP system users by resolving technical issues and providing guidance on system functionalities.
- Participate in the setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software solutions.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the IT team for proactive resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and user support.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives, including access management and basic threat detection.
- Contribute to IT projects aimed at improving system efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, or SAP systems (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT is a plus.
