Responsibility
- Administer and maintain the BMC Control-M platform to ensure high availability and performance.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot BMC Control-M jobs and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMC Control-M with other enterprise systems.
- Develop and implement best practices for BMC Control-M administration and job scheduling.
- Perform regular system audits and security checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest BMC Control-M features and updates to enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BMC Control-M Administrator or Specialist.
- Strong understanding of job scheduling, workflow automation, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with BMC Control-M configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- BMC Control-M certification is a plus.
