Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime and high availability for all critical IT systems, servers, and network services.
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage end-to-end IT security operations, including firewall management, patch updates, and vulnerability assessments.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.
- Establish and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement optimizations to enhance capacity and efficiency.
- Manage the infrastructure budget, including procurement, license management, and cost-optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise data center management.
- In-depth knowledge of network security, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Proven track record of managing SLA-driven operations and infrastructure projects.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
