Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the companyâs IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy, and upgrade infrastructure components as needed.
- Ensure data security and compliance by implementing robust cybersecurity measures and backup protocols.
- Automate routine IT tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on infrastructure health and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networking, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with firewall configuration, VPN setup, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders and provide clear technical guidance.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft/AWS certifications are a plus.
