Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and enhance cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus systems, and access controls, to safeguard company data.
- Deploy, configure, and upgrade IT systems, software, and applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement IT policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning to prevent downtime and bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and tools (e.g., SIEM, endpoint protection).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with global stakeholders.
