Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure solutions to support manufacturing operations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls, and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related issues.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT infrastructure support, network administration, or system engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet).
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
