Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure management, including server room maintenance and hardware lifecycle management.
- Manage end-user technical support, ensuring rapid resolution of hardware and software-related issues.
- Coordinate procurement processes for IT endpoints, hosts, and network communication equipment.
- Perform business analysis to align IT infrastructure capabilities with evolving business requirements.
- Monitor and maintain data center environment integrity, including power, cooling, and security systems.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standard operating procedures, and inventory tracking protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks and improve system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support.
- Proven expertise in server hardware management, network administration, and hardware procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating equipment procurement contracts.
- Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, or relevant infrastructure management frameworks are highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to document technical processes clearly.
