Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for global employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-tier support teams with detailed documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment for new hires.
- Monitor and respond to IT service alerts to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance support capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
