Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and enhance cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members at all levels.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
