Responsibility
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and client offices.
- Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, servers, and peripherals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Technology Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
