Responsibility
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data center operations and IT infrastructure.
- Lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with global IT standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and automation.
- Monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a director-level role.
- Proven experience managing data centers and IT infrastructure in a multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation assistance provided).
