As an IT Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless IT operations. You will work closely with various departments to provide timely and effective solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and functional.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and support new technologies.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
