Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Own the end-to-end user journey, ensuring seamless integration of technology with business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation.
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide expert consultation on operations technology, including system integrations, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Manage and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Conduct training and workshops to upskill teams on new technologies and operational tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, recommending improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT consulting, operations technology, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics tools and frameworks.
- Experience with system integrations, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or relevant technologies are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple locations in Bali.
