Responsibility
- Assist senior consultants in analyzing client business processes and identifying IT improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the design and development of tailored software solutions or system integrations.
- Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
- Support the implementation and testing of IT projects under supervision.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical reports, user manuals, and training materials for clients.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, IT, or related technical degree (preferably from a reputable institution).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) or databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) or IT consulting frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT is advantageous.
