Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for IT projects and solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Evaluate and recommend software, hardware, and IT infrastructure solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain process models, data flow diagrams, and business case justifications to support decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar IT/Business hybrid role.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and business case development using tools like UML, BPMN, or Visio.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus but not required.
