Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process improvements.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting.
- Assist in project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as process flows, user guides, and system diagrams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
