Responsibility
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Support the integration of mobile, web, and ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, mobile applications, and web technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
