Responsibility
- Manage and maintain SAP Business One and other business systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support for POS systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools to provide accurate and timely business insights.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance business operations.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new users on IT systems and tools.
- Document IT processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting business systems, preferably SAP Business One.
- Strong technical skills in network infrastructure, POS systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
