Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Maintain and optimize existing low-code solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in low-code development and business process automation.
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and process workflows for internal reference.
- Assist in the evaluation and integration of third-party applications and APIs to enhance system functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on low-code development or business process automation.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or similar low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies are highly desirable.
