Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Implement system enhancements and updates to improve functionality and security.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT teams to assess system requirements and recommend improvements.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT administration, system maintenance, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking protocols, and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance may be provided).
