Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Ensure the security of the IT systems by implementing and monitoring security protocols.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and inventory.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, routers, and firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and provide technical support.
