Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and office equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including office supply management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and data protection measures to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Monitor and resolve IT-related incidents, escalating complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Assist in budgeting and procurement for IT and administrative needs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of IT inventory and administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux systems, network configurations, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative and IT duties efficiently.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, including firewall management, antivirus software, and data backup procedures.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
