Responsibility
- Manage and track IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and inventory documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring proper IT setup and access revocation.
- Coordinate service requests and troubleshoot basic IT issues for staff across departments.
- Maintain accurate records of IT-related activities, including incident logs and resolution tracking.
- Support the IT team in deploying, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripherals.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for IT audits and compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative support for IT projects, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT administration, office support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT tools.
- Familiarity with IT asset management systems and helpdesk software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is advantageous.
