Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and KPIs, reporting progress to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate technical specifications into clear, client-friendly documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT project management, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with digital solutions, software development, or IT consulting is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment with a focus on Bali-based operations.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly advantageous.
