Responsibility
- Coordinate and support ISO audit preparations, ensuring all documentation and evidence are organized and readily available.
- Develop and maintain audit checklists, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to gather and verify quality-related data and records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits and provide detailed reports to management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on ISO standards, quality procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and track non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, ISO coordination, or a similar role within manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in ISO auditing or quality management is a plus.
