Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Control and manage ISO documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate ISO-related matters, including audits, certifications, and corrective actions.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Liaise with external bodies, regulators, and stakeholders on ISO compliance and certifications.
- Conduct internal audits and training sessions to ensure staff adherence to ISO protocols.
- Monitor and report on IMS performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ISO standards into business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ISO management, quality assurance, or compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
- Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
- Proficient in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in ISO Lead Auditor or similar is a plus.
