Responsibility
- Assist in the identification and monitoring of intellectual property infringements online and offline.
- Conduct preliminary research and fact-finding for enforcement cases.
- Prepare and organize legal documentation, case files, and evidence for review.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to track enforcement progress.
- Maintain and update the internal database regarding ongoing IP disputes and resolution statuses.
- Assist legal professionals in drafting routine correspondence and notices.
- Perform administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the enforcement department.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Intellectual Property (IP) are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal support team.
