Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions about fund performance, operations, and strategy
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive investor reports, including monthly/quarterly performance updates, capital account statements, and ad-hoc analyses
- Coordinate with internal teams (fund accounting, compliance, legal) to ensure consistent messaging and accurate information flow to investors
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows, both virtually and in-person when required
- Monitor and analyze investor activity, identifying trends and potential issues that may impact client relationships
- Maintain and update investor databases, ensuring all contact information and preferences are current
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for potential investors
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices affecting investor relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, fund administration, or financial services
- Strong understanding of investment products, including private equity, hedge funds, and traditional asset classes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics) and investor portals is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data
