Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed investment targets in Bali’s key regions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
- Represent Manulife at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, or financial advisory roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
