Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our digital management system, ensuring real-time visibility of stock levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, minimizing losses and overstock situations.
- Monitor stock movement, including receipts, transfers, and shipments, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand, plan stock replenishment, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency, accessibility, and space utilization.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, highlight issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Support the warehouse team in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues, track shipments, and ensure on-time arrivals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing, retail, or logistics sector.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a methodical approach to tracking and managing stock.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
