Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual tracking systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and documentation for accuracy.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data and business trends.
- Support operational workflows by organizing storage spaces and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Generate reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and operational performance for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in inventory records.
