Based in one of Bali’s vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes, reconcile inventory data, and implement best practices in stock control. Your expertise will directly contribute to operational excellence, cost savings, and the overall success of our dynamic organization.

Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize shortages or excesses.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports (e.g., stock aging, turnover rates) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee cycle counting and annual physical inventory processes in compliance with company policies.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to optimize warehouse workflows.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in inventory management and system utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning, RFID, or WMS software is a plus.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided).
