Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for canvassing, price comparisons, and procurement of materials.
- Process purchase orders, receipts, and deliveries while ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
- Implement and adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate real-time data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and procurement processes.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
