Responsibility
- Monitor and track inventory levels of salon products, tools, and supplies to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Process and document incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, consumption rates, and reorder needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to place orders and manage deliveries.
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize loss and waste.
- Provide support to salon staff by ensuring timely availability of required products and materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, managers, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
