Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and manual logs.
- Process inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments, with precision.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize stock, label items, and optimize storage space.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and logistics workflows.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg (physical demands may vary).
- Familiarity with barcode scanners, RFID systems, or other warehouse technologies.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members.
