Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Label and categorize inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, or WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a plus.
