Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships in the IT, AI, and ERP sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify training needs to enhance team productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, technical, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in inside sales, IT sales, or ERP solutions sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technology environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with AI, ERP systems, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
