Responsibility
- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company's healthcare objectives.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including EHR, CRM, and enterprise software.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance patient care.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of healthcare IT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems (EHR, HIS, telemedicine platforms).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in IT governance (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) or healthcare IT (e.g., Epic, Cerner) are a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and data analytics tools.
