This pivotal role ensures seamless resort operations by managing inventory systems, coordinating billing processes, and supporting turnover activities for our world-class properties.

Responsibility
- Manage and update inventory databases, ensuring accurate tracking of resort assets, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate billing processes, including invoice verification, payment tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assist in turnover activities for guest rooms and facilities, ensuring timely and efficient transitions.
- Generate and distribute operational reports for management review, highlighting inventory levels, expenditures, and maintenance needs.
- Liaise with procurement, maintenance, and finance teams to streamline workflows and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits of stock and supplies, identifying shortages or excesses and recommending adjustments.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation for compliance and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional internal customer service by addressing staff inquiries related to inventory and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, administrative support, or resort operations.
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
