Responsibility

  • Identify and onboard potential property partners to expand our housing network in key student hubs.
  • Execute strategic B2C sales outreach to help students navigate and secure ideal accommodation.
  • Conduct market research to analyze housing trends and competitor pricing in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Manage the end-to-end booking process, ensuring a seamless experience for our student clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize property listings and increase lead conversion rates.
  • Represent uhomes.com at student events, fairs, and university partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead acquisition, and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage).
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in target-driven, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with CRM software.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
