Responsibility
- Process and verify international customer orders with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and global trade regulations.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies and expedite fulfillment.
- Maintain and update order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with real-time data for tracking and reporting.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate delays or issues to relevant parties.
- Assist in resolving billing inquiries and credit holds by liaising with customers and internal departments.
- Prepare and analyze order-related reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for process improvement.
- Stay updated on international trade compliance, tariffs, and customs requirements to ensure seamless cross-border transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs documentation, and trade compliance.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
